Meet Mark & Kelly-Jo

This was the hardest part of the website to write meet Mark and Kelly-Jo two people who prefer not to talk about themselves.  We met seven years ago and fell in love.  Right from the start we wanted to show everyone who we loved and cared about that you can follow your dream and make it happen. The idea of Maison Ma Valarie was born (although not the name at that time).

We love to travel and stay in luxury places and wanted to share our vision and dreams with others.  We wanted to create a place where people talked about their stay and passed on a positive message to their friends and family and hoped that guests will return.

We happened to fall upon the property by chance, having never visited the South of France but felt we needed to view the property. The moment we stepped inside we know it was right for us.  It wasn’t the best timing with Kelly-Jo’s beautiful Mum (Valerie) passing in May 2023 and having a 16 month old ‘baby’ boy.  But time doesn’t wait so we decided we should go for it………………………. So here we are at the beginning and looking forward to all the guests who join us on our new adventure.

Whilst we are in the early stages of building our dream our vision is to create a luxury holiday accommodation, home from home but with that extra level of luxury.  We have purposely not put televisions in the rooms to help our guests escape from their day to day.  To hopefully help you chill and relax.

We are in the early stages and hope that all guests will share with us any ideas and comments they have about Maison Ma Valerie so we can look to evolve a wonderful holiday experience everyone should enjoy in their lifetime.
